Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring alignment with hospital objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, partnering with department heads to identify top talent for clinical and support roles.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment typical of a hospital setting.
