Newant Medical Corporation is seeking a strategic HR Supervisor - Compensation and Benefits to lead our employee rewards programs in our dynamic BGC headquarters. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation structures and benefits packages to attract top talent while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations. You'll work in our modern South Corporate Tower 1 office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven compensation strategies that align with business objectives and market trends. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational competitiveness through innovative total rewards solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and administer competitive compensation structures and comprehensive benefits programs
- Conduct market benchmarking analysis to ensure salary competitiveness across all job levels
- Oversee employee benefits enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management
- Develop and maintain compensation policies aligned with legal requirements and company culture
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Lead annual salary review cycles and budget planning for compensation expenses
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and other regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in compensation/benefits specialization
- Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analytics tools
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- SHRM-SCP/CCP or equivalent professional certification preferred
