Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with hospital objectives and healthcare standards
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Deliver engaging training sessions using various methodologies including classroom, e-learning, and hands-on demonstrations
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently
- Collaborate with department heads and clinical leadership to ensure training aligns with operational requirements
- Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and compliance tracking systems
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training software tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare environment or familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage
- Certified Training Professional (e.g., ATD, SHRM) is a plus
