Job Description

Moder Solutions Inc. is looking for an energetic HRBP Lead to drive talent management, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives within our BPO division in Central Visayas.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, on‑boarding, and succession planning activities to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs that boost morale and reduce turnover.
  • Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR business partner experience, preferably in a BPO or fast‑paced service environment.
  • Proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is an advantage.
