Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Support the administration of employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between applicants and department heads.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal company events.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Participate in HR administrative tasks, including attendance monitoring and payroll data preparation.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and company regulations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new HR systems and workflows.
  • Able to commit to a full-time or part-time internship period for at least 3-6 months.
