Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for garment division positions
- Process payroll, attendance, and overtime accurately
- Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports for management
- Support performance appraisal processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years HR experience, preferably in garment/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Willing to work in Semarang
