As an HRGA Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, administrative support, and general office management. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and maintain HR documents.
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and general administration.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support internal and external communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HRGA or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
