Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s vision and long-term business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and handle industrial relations to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Manage General Affairs (GA) functions, including office facility maintenance, vehicle fleet management, security, and cleaning services.
- Supervise permit and licensing requirements to ensure seamless operational continuity with local authorities.
- Monitor and control departmental budgets to optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through internal communication, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS regulations, and permit management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and standard office productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
