Responsibilities
- Manage daily hub operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate hub staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and customer service teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse/hub operations management
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
