In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities—from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and organizational development. Simultaneously, you will manage general affairs tasks, including office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can build strong teams, foster a positive culture, and optimise operational efficiency.

At SOPRA, we value innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, implement best practices in HR and GA, and drive continuous improvement. If you are ready to make a tangible impact in a growing company, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute human capital strategies that support business objectives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all Indonesian labor regulations, manage employee relations, and handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
  • Supervise general affairs activities such as office management, facility maintenance, asset inventory, and procurement of office supplies and services.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements to optimise cost and quality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and administrative support for internal and external meetings.
  • Monitor and report on HR and GA metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Lead and mentor the HC and GA team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human capital management and/or general affairs, preferably in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and Ministry of Manpower regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
