Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems with high accuracy.
- Oversee general office administration tasks, including office supplies procurement and facility maintenance coordination.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal and company compliance.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and training programs to support staff development.
- Handle employee relations issues and act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics and administrative expenses for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Malaysian Labor Law and employment regulations is highly preferred.
