Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Handle employee relations matters including performance concerns, disciplinary issues, and grievance procedures
- Coordinate office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflow management
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
- Assist in organizing training programs, staff meetings, and company events
- Process payroll-related documentation and coordinate with finance department for accurate salary disbursements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
