Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record management.
  • Maintain employee records and keep HRIS updated with accurate information.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR Manager in planning and executing HR programs, training, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management abilities.
