Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Support payroll administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to foster professional growth.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
