Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement a structured organizational framework.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to monitor and evaluate employee productivity.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with Philippine Labor Laws.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs to maintain high morale and a positive company culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR administrative tasks efficiently.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and contemporary HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
