Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Management or Supervisory role, preferably in a retail or lifestyle brand environment.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor law and statutory benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
