Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including talent sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace relationships
- Design and oversee performance management systems and annual review processes
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices
- Strong command of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee development
- Professional HR certification (e.g., MIHRM, SPM) is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
