Are you a dynamic Human Resources professional looking for a challenge in the retail sector? We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to lead our team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This is not a typical HR role; you will play a pivotal role in building teams, managing people, and driving the growth of a fast-expanding multi-branches smartphone retail network.

Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for retail positions, including sales associates, service technicians, and branch managers.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment across all branches.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating manuals.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, training needs analysis, and organize staff development programs.
- Coordinate with payroll providers and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and local labor regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel between branches and work flexible hours when required.
