Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for retail positions, including sales associates, service technicians, and branch managers.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment across all branches.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating manuals.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals, training needs analysis, and organize staff development programs.
  • Coordinate with payroll providers and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and local labor regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
