PS Tech Solution is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager to act as a strategic business partner driving our talent agenda and supporting rapid growth. You will oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, employer branding, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will manage HR operations including performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
