Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end employee inquiries across HR domains (onboarding, payroll, benefits, policy) with SLA adherence
- Maintain accurate HR data integrity in HRIS systems and conduct regular audits
- Process HR transactions (leave requests, documentation updates, terminations) with zero-error precision
- Develop and optimize HR shared service workflows for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HRBP teams to resolve complex employee issues and escalate appropriately
- Generate HR analytics reports to support strategic decision-making
- Implement HR service quality standards and monitor KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years experience in HR shared services or HR operations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization experience
