Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day HR operational tasks including timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening of applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, company policies, and HR-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
