Kelly Oriental Skincare is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources and Admin Executive to join our vibrant team in Holland Village. This is a pivotal role that combines core HR functions with essential administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our skincare business.
As the backbone of our office operations, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance, while also managing day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, including CPF contributions, tax filings (IR8A), and statutory claims.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, including leave management and personal files.
- Ensure full compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant labor regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, performance appraisal cycles, and professional development programs.
- Handle general office administration, procurement of office supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in a dual HR and Administrative role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Talenox, JustLogin, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
