Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee training and development programs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to staff at all levels.
  • Maintain and update personnel records while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Facilitate internal communication initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology is strictly required.

  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
