Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee training and development programs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to staff at all levels.
- Maintain and update personnel records while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Facilitate internal communication initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze training needs to identify gaps and design workshops that improve productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology is strictly required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HRD or generalist functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach employees.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of psychological assessment tools and their application in the workplace.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
