Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster positive workplace culture
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, PP No. 78/2015)
- Proven experience in recruitment strategies and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives
