As we continue to expand our footprint in the medical packaging industry, we require an organized HR team member to oversee our administrative operations, employee relations, and compliance standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who is ready to handle day-to-day HR functions while fostering a positive and professional company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high levels of confidentiality.
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and handbook updates.
  • Handle payroll administration, attendance tracking, and leave management processes.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications to boost company morale.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and workplace health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to maintain absolute discretion and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
