Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline via LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Participate in employer branding activities and campus recruitment outreach initiatives.
- Maintain and update candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate alignment with company culture and role requirements.
- Support HR projects related to process improvement, onboarding documentation, and internal reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and a desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration (minimum 3 months preferred).
