Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for manufacturing, production, and administrative roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal guidelines aligned with Malaysian labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Oversee performance management frameworks, conducting annual reviews, and supporting training and development initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize manpower planning and workforce efficiency.
- Drive organizational development projects, including employee engagement programs and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and current Malaysian labor regulations.
- Proven ability to handle full-spectrum HR functions with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a 'people-first' mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SQL Payroll or similar).
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, resilience, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume production environment.
