Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Lead performance management programs, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits packages, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and payroll processing using HRIS systems.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SPHR) is a plus.
