Job Description

Acacia Fabrics is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions across our Asia operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing payroll, administration, recruitment, and talent development initiatives while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and supporting our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all levels across Asia operations
  • Administer accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement talent development programs, training initiatives, and performance management systems
  • Advise management on employment matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate HR administrative functions including record-keeping, documentation, and reporting
  • Support organizational change initiatives and participate in strategic workforce planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or textile industry
  • Proven expertise in Malaysian employment law, payroll administration, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Malay and Mandarin are advantageous
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple countries in Asia is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • HR professional certification (e.g., SIPM, CIPD, SHRM) would be an added advantage
