Job Description

Zen Computer Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cyberjaya. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for an individual who can bridge the gap between people strategy and business objectives.

In this role, you will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations. You will be instrumental in fostering a workplace culture that drives innovation, values inclusivity, and supports the professional growth of our diverse workforce. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top tech and administrative talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employment contracts in compliance with Malaysian Labor Law.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications to maintain a positive company culture.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and drive talent development initiatives.
  • Manage payroll processing, leave administration, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights for workforce planning and retention strategies.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the Zen ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and current labor regulations in Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professional discretion.
