Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS databases in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Facilitate performance management cycles, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
- Advise managers and employees on company policies, labor laws, and conflict resolution procedures.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support HR projects such as engagement surveys, diversity initiatives, and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or similar generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and high ethical standards.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
