Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
- Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate offer letters
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and develop job specifications
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics, ATS data, and generate reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
