Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
  • Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate offer letters
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and develop job specifications
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics, ATS data, and generate reports for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
