Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent for our retail operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company objectives
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail sector
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
