Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policy.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management.
