You will work closely with our HR department, contributing to vital talent acquisition strategies and employee lifecycle management. Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for various roles.
- Support daily HR operational workflows, including documentation and database maintenance.
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of statutory filings and compliance-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files in accordance with company data policies.
- Participate in HR projects, including internal event coordination and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department for reports and internal audits.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Available for a full-time internship starting in July for a duration of at least 3-6 months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
- A keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in HR or Talent Acquisition.
