Fly Ace Corporation, a leading food and consumer goods distributor in the Philippines, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Programmer to join our dynamic Information Technology team based in Pasay City.
As an ICT Programmer, you will be instrumental in the entire lifecycle of our in-house software applications. From gathering user requirements and translating them into powerful technical solutions, to ensuring robust quality assurance and seamless deployment, you will drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand their business processes and develop custom applications that streamline operations and support our rapid growth.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain in-house business applications (ERP, CRM, logistics systems) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and development frameworks.
- Conduct thorough unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality, performance, and security.
- Provide technical support, perform troubleshooting, and create comprehensive documentation for all deployed solutions.
- Manage and optimize database systems, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality of existing in-house applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in software development and application support.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, PHP).
- Solid experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (ASP.NET, Django, Laravel) is an advantage.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical users.
