IS Professional Services Opc is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and evolving the organization's IAM environment to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to critical systems and data. You will collaborate with crossâfunctional stakeholders, assess current IAM architectures, design robust solutions, and guide implementation initiatives that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in IAM technologies, excellent problemâsolving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and nonâtechnical audiences. Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze existing Identity and Access Management infrastructures and processes.
- Design and recommend IAM solutions, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and governance components.
- Support the implementation and configuration of IAM platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or similar.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Conduct access reviews, roleâbased access control (RBAC) modeling, and segregation of duties (SoD) analyses.
- Provide technical guidance and training to IT teams and endâusers on IAM best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging IAM technologies, threats, and regulatory trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of handsâon experience with IAM solutions and directory services (AD, LDAP, etc.).
- Proven experience with at least one major IAM platform (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, IBM Security Identity Governance).
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA) and authorization models.
- Experience with scripting/PowerShell for automation of IAM tasks.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, PCIâDSS, ISO 27001, or NIST.
- Excellent analytical, problemâsolving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM-specific vendor certifications) are a plus.
