As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the client lifecycle, providing expert guidance, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and overseeing seamless software implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients fully leverage our tools to drive efficiency and growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct professional onsite and online product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful go-live.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements to configure software solutions effectively.
- Provide comprehensive training and technical support to client users during the onboarding phase.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with the internal development team to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
- Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client progress reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software implementation, technical support, or a consultancy role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
