Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import/export documentation including customs forms, shipping bills, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for seamless cargo movement
- Track shipments and maintain real-time inventory records using logistics management systems
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company quality standards
- Resolve customs clearance issues and shipping delays through proactive stakeholder communication
- Manage logistics documentation archives and maintain digital filing systems
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to synchronize inventory movements with import/export schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in customs documentation procedures and trade compliance requirements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with error-proof documentation capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently under pressure with strict deadlines
