In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, managing customs documentation, and maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, government agencies, and internal departments. This is a direct hire, onsite position offering a stable Monday to Friday day shift schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end import and export documentation including packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate with local freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment arrival and dispatch.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to the logistics supervisor and relevant departments.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine Customs regulations and trade policies.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of import/export entries and permit applications.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth receipt and dispatch of goods.
  • Troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks to minimize delays and optimize transit times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven work experience in import/export operations or logistics coordination is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in handling PEZA, BOC, and other relevant government portal applications.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping incoterms and trade compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
