Long Way Ventures is seeking a motivated Indonesia Sales professional to drive growth in the Indonesian market from our Jakarta hub. As a fast-growing technology company, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to customers and accelerate revenue.
In this role you will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to close and post-sale relationship management, with a strong emphasis on building durable relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will represent the company in the local market, craft tailored solutions, and collaborate with marketing to generate opportunities while working closely with product to align offerings with customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle in Indonesia, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with SMBs to mid-market clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and compelling proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, price terms, and ensure successful handoffs to onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs and feedback.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics; consistently meet or exceed quotas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven selling mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally as required and to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
