Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on lighting and home improvement products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs and budget
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn about lighting and home improvement products
- Proactive, friendly, and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy showroom
- Basic computer literacy (POS system experience is a bonus)
- Must be willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to Ipoh, Perak
