PT Adibayu Gajah Semakmur is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Industrial Relations & Legal Supervisor to join our team in Yogyakarta. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and socialize Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) to ensure compliance with the Manpower Law.
- Serve as the primary mediator for industrial relations disputes, ensuring fair resolutions that protect both company interests and employee relations.
- Manage the end-to-end legal lifecycle of corporate contracts, from drafting and review to final execution.
- Provide expert legal opinions to management regarding operational changes, risk mitigation, and regulatory updates.
- Oversee licensing requirements including BPOM (Food and Drug Authority), Halal certification, and Intellectual Property Rights (HKI).
- Ensure full adherence to all local and national regulatory requirements across all business units.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all legal documents and permits, ensuring timely renewals and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in industrial relations and corporate legal, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Deep expertise in the Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and its derivative regulations.
- Proven track record in handling BPOM and Halal certification processes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, with excellent drafting skills for legal documentation.
