Accenture is hiring an Infra Tech Support Practitioner in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This role is pivotal to our IT operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure across enterprise environments. You will work with a skilled team to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure components, while becoming a subject matter expert in our technology stack. You will perform tasks independently, participate in incident response, and collaborate with global peers to deliver exceptional service.
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, youâll support a broad range of infrastructure services, including server and storage platforms, network connections, and cloud resources. Youâll apply best practices in incident management, change control, capacity planning, and problem management, driving rapid restoration of services and long-term fixes. Youâll contribute to the teamâs knowledge base, write runbooks, and mentor junior colleagues. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.
- Collaborate with platform and security teams to deploy changes, patches, and updates with minimal disruption.
- Manage incident and service requests in the ticketing system; prioritize tasks and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Assist with capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization of infrastructure resources.
- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues and procedures.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities; participate in on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1â3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support or technical operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and familiarity with monitoring tools.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and change control processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to document clearly and share knowledge.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new technologies.
