Accenture is hiring an Infra Tech Support Practitioner in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks) to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.
  • Collaborate with platform and security teams to deploy changes, patches, and updates with minimal disruption.
  • Manage incident and service requests in the ticketing system; prioritize tasks and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Assist with capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization of infrastructure resources.
  • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues and procedures.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities; participate in on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support or technical operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and familiarity with monitoring tools.
  • Experience with incident management, problem management, and change control processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to document clearly and share knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new technologies.
