In this capacity, you will be the primary architect of growth within our capital markets division. You will engage with high-value stakeholders, including corporate treasurers, fund managers, and institutional investors, providing them with bespoke investment and treasury solutions. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of market trends, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to our most important clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture market share in institutional segments.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key institutional investors and corporate clients.
- Deliver tailored treasury, investment, and fixed-income solutions based on deep client profiling.
- Conduct regular market analysis to provide value-added insights and advisory services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal product and research teams to align offerings with shifting market demands.
- Meet and exceed aggressive revenue and growth targets set for the capital markets division.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/CFA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Treasury, or Capital Markets.
- Proven track record of managing a robust portfolio of institutional accounts.
- Deep expertise in financial products, including bonds, FX, derivatives, and money market instruments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex economic data into actionable client advice.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Makati City.
