Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of instructional materials, including interactive e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks.
  • Apply evidence-based instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM to ensure high-quality and measurable learning outcomes.
  • Develop high-impact multimedia content using industry-standard tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and SMEs to conduct thorough needs analyses and define clear, actionable learning objectives.
  • Implement data-driven evaluation strategies (Kirkpatrick Model) to measure training effectiveness and business ROI.
  • Maintain and optimize existing training programs to ensure content remains current, accurate, and culturally relevant.
  • Manage the seamless deployment and tracking of learning content through the corporate Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development, preferably in a BPO or tech environment.
  • Proven expertise in e-learning authoring software (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate) and visual design principles.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theory (Andragogy) and human-centered design thinking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail and copy editing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • A professional portfolio showcasing innovative, diverse, and effective instructional design projects.
