Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolutions.
- Achieve performance metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, Average Handle Time (AHT), and quality standards.
- Maintain deep knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Senior High School graduate; Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service, BPO, or insurance-related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based navigation.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
