Responsibilities
- Handle and process customer inquiries regarding insurance accounts, policies, and claims with professionalism and speed.
- Ensure strict adherence to company processes, guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards at all times.
- Maintain a professional, compassionate, and respectful demeanor when representing the company and its clients.
- Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information within the internal database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Perform general administrative duties and data entry tasks related to account management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational certificate required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry or customer service operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer systems.
