Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for potential and existing clients to identify protection gaps.
- Develop and present customized insurance and investment plans to meet diverse client objectives.
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement in Pangasinan.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including regular policy reviews and assistance with claims processing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AXA’s product portfolio, financial market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the branch.
- Facilitate the insurance application process and ensure all documentation complies with company and industry standards.
- Participate in branch meetings, training sessions, and corporate events to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field; Business, Marketing, or Finance backgrounds are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with various client profiles.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, real estate, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to undergo intensive training and obtain the necessary licenses (IC/SEC) for insurance practice.
- Must be a resident of Santa Maria, Pangasinan, or nearby areas with a strong local network.
- Proficiency in local dialects (Ilokano or Pangasinan) is considered a major asset for client communication.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM platforms.
