Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients to expand your professional network within San Quintin and surrounding areas.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend tailored insurance and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with policyholders to ensure excellent service and retention.
- Prepare and present professional proposals that clearly explain coverage benefits and long-term financial security.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product launches from AXA.
- Monitor and manage your sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
- Assist clients through the claims process and provide guidance during policy renewals or modifications.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is highly preferred but not required.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to excel in a performance-based career.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
